Bespoke care packages

Total Community Care’s bespoke care packages cater to clients with long-term neurological conditions, including those who are fully-ventilated, and clients with a spinal cord injury. We are a truly specialist service with expertise in these areas.

As a client, your care package will take into account your home situation, ensuring your team is sufficiently flexible to meet all needs and contingencies. We understand the importance of care that supports you to live life as needed. Your team will accompany you and continue providing for hospital visits, trips to the shops or even going on holiday.

Working together for person-centred care

We’ll closely coordinate with you during the on-boarding process, focusing on getting the right staff from the very beginning.

Staff will be contracted to work exclusively for you. This is of importance to ensure you’re receiving continuity of care from workers who are genuinely familiar with you, your surroundings, and your individual requirements.

Focusing on you

Our Clinical and Nursing Team, in conjunction with you and and any other relevant health professionals, will train your chosen team to meet the specific brief.
